Ans: Our products come from abroad via personal orders (Asia/Europe) and will be delivered to your door.
Ans: The estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days nationwide. Business days do not include weekends and holidays, and the countdown starts from the first business day.
Ans: The delivery is carried out by FedEx. The products will be delivered to your door! Before the delivery, you will receive an SMS from the delivery company for scheduling the delivery, and on the day of delivery, the courier will contact you.
Ans: If you want to exchange for another pair or change size, just let us know via Instagram/WhatsApp, and then simply send us the package. After receiving the item, we will send out a new one as soon as possible.
Ans: The available payment methods on the site are: Credit Card, Bit. There are also additional payment methods like bank transfer, Pepper Pay, Paybox, cash transfer through the Post Office. If you wish to pay through these methods, send us a message on Instagram/WhatsApp. Payment method selection happens after adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout, where you can choose the method.

7. What do the shoes come with?
Ans: The shoes come with all the identification marks and labels inside the official box. We make sure to pamper you with additional gifts like:
- A set of Nike socks
- Keychains
- Stickers for each shoe
8. How long does it take for the shoes to arrive?
Ans: Shoes in immediate stock (you can check updates on Instagram or WhatsApp) arrive within 1-3 business days to your home.
Shoes on order - arrive within about a week and a half to two weeks from the moment of the order. We make every effort to ensure they arrive to each and every one of you as quickly as possible. :)
9. Is there an additional charge for shipping or import taxes/customs?
Ans: The packages come from our warehouses abroad. They are packaged in a way that avoids customs issues, and you won’t be required to pay any additional fees! We take care of you .
10. What happens if the shoes don't fit?
Ans: Of course, if there is any issue with the size or anything else, we are here to solve any problem. We’ll take care of exchanging the size or whatever is needed. Everything will arrive perfectly, including the official box.
11. Do you deliver all over the country?
Ans: Yes, we deliver to all parts of the country, from north to south, including kibbutzim, villages, settlements, etc.
12. Can I come and pick up the shoes?
Ans: Shoes in immediate stock can be picked up from Ramat Gan by prior arrangement via Instagram or WhatsApp.
