What do the shoes come with?

The shoes come with all the identification marks and labels inside the official box. We make sure to pamper you with additional gifts like:

A set of Nike socks
Keychains
Stickers for each shoe

How long does it take for the shoes to arrive?

Shoes in immediate stock (you can check updates on Instagram or WhatsApp) arrive within 1-3 business days to your home.

Shoes on order - arrive within about a week and a half to two weeks from the moment of the order. We make every effort to ensure they arrive to each and every one of you as quickly as possible. :)

Is there an additional charge for shipping or import taxes/customs?

The packages come from our warehouses abroad. They are packaged in a way that avoids customs issues, and you won’t be required to pay any additional fees! We take care of you ❤️

What happens if the shoes don't fit?

Of course, if there is any issue with the size or anything else, we are here to solve any problem. We’ll take care of exchanging the size or whatever is needed. Everything will arrive perfectly, including the official box.

Do you deliver all over the country?

Yes, we deliver to all parts of the country, from north to south, including kibbutzim, villages, settlements, etc.

Can I come and pick up the shoes?

Shoes in immediate stock can be picked up from Ramat Gan by prior arrangement via Instagram or WhatsApp.
