Introduction

• Sneakersclub operates as an e-commerce site for purchasing shoes/bags/clothing.

• The use of masculine language in these terms is for convenience only; the terms apply equally to both genders.

• Purchasing through the site is subject to the conditions outlined in these terms and conditions.

• By purchasing a product on the site, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and the company.

Purchase

• The site managers and employees make every effort to present accurate images of the products as much as possible.

• Purchases on the site are made via credit card/bank transfer/Bit, and the transaction will be processed after approval by the credit company/bank.

• The company reserves the right to stop marketing and selling a product at any time, as well as to revoke the right to purchase on the site at its discretion.

Product Exchange

• Exchanges are possible only for products received within 14 days by contacting us via Instagram or WhatsApp (it is the customer's responsibility to return the product within 14 days of receipt). If you wish to exchange for a different pair/size, please notify us on Instagram/WhatsApp, and then simply send us the package. After receiving the product, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible!

• If the exchange is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging with the box and all accompanying items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can cancel a shipment within 24 hours of the order, as long as it has not been shipped. (A cancellation fee of 39 NIS + payment processing fees applies).

The company will not process returns for products purchased through other channels.

*For used products, exchanges will not be possible, and the company management will determine whether the product was used.

Returns and cancellations will only be accepted in exceptional cases and will be subject to the company's discretion. (For more details regarding cancellations, please contact us, and we will explain). If the cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of 84 NIS + VAT will apply per product.

*After a product/size exchange, no refunds will be issued.

• Certain products will not be eligible for exchange/return (special models, bags, custom sizes, and models that change color in the sun).

Product Delivery

• The company will ensure the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process on the sales site, within 6-19 business days.

• The company will not be responsible for any delays and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.

• Product delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during purchase, and the customer cannot collect the product from the company. The product price includes the shipping cost.

Warranty and Service

• The company will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or misuse of the product, including any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damage—except as permitted by law. The customer assumes full responsibility and risk for any loss, damage, or injury to their person and/or property and/or third parties, resulting from the use or non-use of the product, unless it is determined that the damage was caused by the company’s sole negligence.

Data Security and Privacy

• Sneakersclub may use the information provided in the form to deliver the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without permission.

• The company takes the necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of the information. In cases beyond the company's control and/or due to force majeure, the company will not be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may occur if this information is lost or used without authorization.

• The company is committed not to use the information provided by buyers except to process the purchase on the sales site and in accordance with the law.
