Product Exchange
• Only products received within 14 days can be exchanged by contacting us via Instagram or WhatsApp (it is the customer's responsibility to return the product within 14 days from the moment of receipt). If you wish to exchange for another pair/change the size, please inform us via Instagram/WhatsApp and then simply send us the package. After receiving the product, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible!
In case the exchange is approved, the product must be returned to the company, and all return costs will be borne by the customer. The exchange will only take place when the product is in its original packaging with the box and all accompanying items. You can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing it, provided the shipment has not been dispatched. (A cancellation fee of 39 NIS + payment processing fees applies).

The company will not handle returns for products purchased through other sources.
*For used products, no exchange will be possible, and the company management will determine if the product has been used.
Returns and cancellations will only be accepted in exceptional cases and will be subject to the company's discretion. (For more details about cancellations, contact us, and we will explain). If the cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of 84 NIS + VAT will apply for each product.
*After exchanging a product/size, no refunds will be issued.
• There are certain products for which exchange/return is not possible - special models, bags, custom sizes, and models that change color in the sun.
